Let me enthusiastically second the recommendation for Perforce.
It has a couple warts (there's no direct way of renaming a file; you
have to branch (duplicate) it and then delete the original) but it's
SO fast and simple and easy to use.
We at Kana use Perforce for source and ClearQuest for bugs.
I HATE HATE HATE ClearQuest (or as I call it, ClearQrap).
It's slooow, there are continual problems keeping the server up,
the UI is confusing, etc.
Long ago (when we were Rubric) we used StarTeam for source and bugs.
It sucked for source compared to Perforce, but it was actually better
than ClearQrap for bugs. At least it was faster and the server stayed up.
